Serving clients in the world of Real Estate is my late life career and my career of choice. I chose it because it combines the skills I've learned in other careers with my natural talents and abilities. Previously I was a Certified Financial Planner, a Teacher and a Tour Business Owner. All so closely related to Real Estate! As a CFP I learned to listen for people's needs and desires. I made plans that fit them specifically, not the masses. And I managed their team of financial professionals to make sure they received the best services and that we as a team managed their stress. As a Teacher I loved making sure everyone understood what is going on around them, how the information impacts them and how to use that information to make sound decisions that relate to their goals. As a Tour Business Owner my expertise was in giving people emotional experiences. I showed travelers aspects of places that weren't readily visible, taught them to look at the intangibles and always how to look for those things that matter. These career skills REALLY are very closely related to how I do business in real estate.

If you want to take advantage of someone, if you want to deal unfairly with people or you want to pass your house off as something it is not, then I am not the Realtor for you. I take pride in garnering the most money for a seller and negotiating the best value for a buyer, by being fair to all concerned. Service is different from Business.
