It has been said that Millie takes the worry and stress out of the home buying and home selling process. Her philosophy is that "people don't care that you know until they know that you care" and for well over 25 years she has proven to clients and customers "that service with a smile and going the extra mile are her code of ethics"
In 1991 Millie left a long career in private industry and every since has successfully pursued her passion of service to others through real estate. She believes that it is a privilege to work with families at one of the most important times in their lives.
Millie believes that education and training are critical and are a must. She knows that designations such as Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Associate Broker and Certified Distressed Property Expert have helped her stay on top of her craft and have provided the necessary knowledge that has allowed her to see clients through the process to acquire their home of choice or to successfully sell the properties that they own.
Millie consistently incorporates new technology into her day to day operation. She realizes that implementing new software programs and applications allows her to be more innovative and to efficiently serve her clients.
While there is no denying that technology has made life better for all of us, especially those of us in real estate,. it can't replace the human aspect of the business. It's not all contracts, negotiations, offers and counter offers. Millie believes that a good agent recognizes the needs of buyers and sellers, and works to satisfy their desires.
